Delivering a customer journey workshop for Synergy was more than just brilliant it was great to analysis a ‘gym’ with a difference.

With an amazing output it was fab to introduce new concepts to Synergy that can be used to enhance certain elements.

The workshop was well received and the owner took away not just ‘ideas’ but a realisation that the customer experience is more than just about process but about the understanding of the why of outputs.
