Appointing This is EventoS the brief was to deliver customer experience training and analysis to past projects. The training involved the senior management team and took the team on an adventurous journey by allowing them to think about the journey that they take each client on. Understanding how on boarding occurs for clients – new and old but importantly how they can understand the rue scope of what is the customer experience that they deliver.

Personalised workshops were written which included:

  • The Introduction to the Story

  • The Drop

  • Emotional Journeys – How to shape them?

Each workshop gave the audience an opportunity to understand when they build and create a creative output for a company – what are they stimulating and engaging with when it comes to the customer journey.
