With over 500 residential and business properties around the immediate area of the venue it is crucial to have an open and engaging community engagement piece.

This is EventoS delivers support during live events and engages with all residents and businesses.

Establishing a presence in the community has involved creation of meetings with associations but also with residents themselves – being direct and engaging proactively.

For 2023, This is EventoS will be reviewing all public events from a customer experience point of view to understand the customer journey. As a national destination for events with thousands of attendees descending each year for different events – this is an important piece of work to understand all touchpoints and customer experience output!
