Wallpaper and Glowsticks…Customer Experience

Some people when they ask, This is EventoS, to be deliver training don’t realise that for us it is not only about the content - its about the experience that those participating in experience. Two items that I love to use include Glowsticks and wallpaper. Think of both items separately and the philosophical reason that they are good choices:

Glowsticks for many represent a nostalgic view of childhood or school discos. When having a glowstick at the disco - meant you were cool. The more you had the better but they also were about being bright in a dark place. It can add light to the situation that you are in. For me, glowsticks when you use them during a training session - whether its 10 people or 350 people in a lecture hall - EVERYONE - gets excited. They are drawn by the excitement of colour and something unusual. But when you play the music and spark a bit of excitement that can draw peoples attention and attraction into the event - it is the moment that the moment becomes a positive memory! Glowsticks bring colour…as will every aspect of the training we deliver.

Wallpaper on the other hand is something that people go…WAIT WHAT? ‘You have written all all over it?’ Yep, that is exactly it - writing the definitions, thoughts and aspects of the story of customer experience onto something that everyday we expect to be on the walls of home, workplaces and interior design. Instead when you roll out 30 feet of wallpaper people go ‘WHAT?’ and get instantly hooked. They are immersed in the thinking of…what is that? For This is EventoS it is all about trying to think out of the box - but for wallpaper it is about bringing a different level of engagement to the training! Wallpaper is also a feature - as is customer experience so lets learn, seek and immerse into the features.

If you are thinking - how would all of this work think - wonder no more…contact This is EventoS and create a story and journey with us today! Glowsticks and Wallpaper at the ready!
