Scone Palace - Customer Experience Training

For the first time ever Scone Palace, a historic house in Perth built in the 12th century, invited This is EventoS to deliver customer experience training. A training session that dived into the most important elements that can be used to enhance the visitor output.

Importantly, the training was engaging and was bespoke in every element of the presentation. The work focused on making sure that every visitor who enters the house had the most amazing experience!
