Who is the EventoS customer?

What is a customer is a question that sometimes is shrugged off. But let us break it down.

A customer can be a multitude of things:

  • Interest in creating memories.

  • Spending time doing something.

  • Needing an essential product.

  • Learning something.

  • Visiting for leisure gain.

  • Spending time with friends and family.

Where does your customer fit in?

What is it that your customer will gain when they engage with your product or organisation? To understand this you need to first understand the person. Are they:

  • A regular consumer of the service/ product.

  • What are their demographics?

  • What is their time limitations?

  • When do they need the product?

A customer is constructed by the surroundings and the people who they engage with – directly or indirectly. All of there decisions are based upon likes and points of the past. To shape these firstly it is the role of the organisation to be clear with the road map and then measure and understand how would that customer begin and fulfil completion of there journey with the organisation.
